MIRR(이하 "앱")는 iPhone과 Apple Watch를 위한 피트니스·웰니스 컨디션 코치입니다. 이 방침은 앱이 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.
앱 개발·운영자(이하 "운영자")의 연락처는 이 문서 마지막에 있습니다.
여러분이 명시적으로 권한을 허용한 경우에만, 앱은 Apple 건강(HealthKit)에서 다음 범주의 데이터를 읽습니다.
앱은 Apple Watch에서 기록한 운동을 Apple 건강에 저장할 수 있습니다. 그 외에는 Apple 건강에 아무것도 쓰지 않습니다.
회복도·준비도·수면·훈련 부하 계산은 전부 기기 안에서 수행됩니다. 계산된 점수는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
측정값 자체는 기본적으로 기기를 떠나지 않습니다. 6항의 “건강 데이터도 함께 올리기” 스위치를 켠 경우에만 서버에 저장되며, 그 스위치는 기본값이 꺼짐입니다.
앱은 HealthKit으로 취득한 데이터를 광고, 마케팅, 사용 기반 데이터 마이닝 목적으로 사용하지 않으며, 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

앱을 삭제하면 위 로컬 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. Apple 건강 권한은 언제든지 iOS의 건강 앱 또는 설정에서 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 앱 안의 저널 화면에서 개별 기록 또는 전체 기록을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱은 계정 없이 전부 동작합니다. 로그인은 기기를 바꿔도 기록이 이어지게 하려는 경우에만 필요합니다.
로그인은 Apple로 로그인만 지원합니다. 로그인하면 다음이 서버에 저장됩니다.
계정 삭제는 앱 안에서 하실 수 있습니다(설정 ▸ 계정 ▸ 계정 삭제). 삭제하면 서버에 저장된 위 정보와 5·6항의 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. 기기에 있는 기록은 남습니다.
로그인한 뒤 “컨디션 기록도 함께 올리기”를 켜면, 저널의 메모·태그·체감 에너지가 서버에 저장됩니다.
스위치를 끄면 서버에 저장된 기록이 삭제됩니다. “앞으로 올리지 않는다”가 아니라 “지금 있는 것도 지운다”는 뜻입니다. 기기의 기록은 그대로 남습니다.
다른 기기에서도 삭제가 반영되도록, 삭제한 기록은 일정 기간 “삭제됨” 표시 상태로 보관된 뒤 완전히 삭제됩니다.
로그인한 뒤 “건강 데이터도 함께 올리기”를 켜면, 2항에서 읽은 최근 1년치 측정값이 서버에 저장됩니다. 기기를 바꿔도 기록과 그래프가 이어지도록 하기 위한 것입니다.
계산된 회복도·준비도 점수는 저장되지 않습니다. 측정값만 저장되고, 점수는 기기에서 다시 계산합니다.
이 스위치는 계정 로그인과도, 5항의 컨디션 기록 스위치와도 별개입니다. 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조의 민감정보 및 GDPR 제9조의 특별 범주에 해당하므로 별도로 동의를 받습니다.
스위치를 끄면 서버에 저장된 건강 데이터가 삭제됩니다. Apple 건강과 기기의 데이터는 그대로 남습니다.
앱 개선을 위해 사용 현황을 분석합니다. 다음이 수집됩니다.
건강 수치, 계산된 점수, 저널 내용은 분석에 포함되지 않습니다.
유럽경제지역(EEA)과 영국에서는 동의하신 경우에만 수집하며, 앱 안에서 동의를 요청합니다. 그 밖의 지역에서는 기본적으로 수집되며, 설정에서 언제든지 끌 수 있습니다. 끄면 전송이 중단됩니다.

Apple 건강 데이터와 컨디션 기록은 국외로 이전되지 않습니다. 해당 데이터를 보관하는 Supabase 서버는 대한민국(서울) 지역에 있습니다.

Summary: MIRR works entirely without an account. Your Apple Health data and journal entries stay on your device by default; sending them to a server requires you to turn a switch on. The switches are separate from the account and separate from each other, and each is off until you turn it on. MIRR does not advertise or track you.
Changed on July 28, 2026. Version 1.3 adds optional sign-in and server sync. The previous policy stated flatly that health data never leaves your device; it is now stored on a server only if you switch that on. Sections 4, 5 and 6 below are new.
MIRR (the "App") is a fitness and wellness readiness companion for iPhone and Apple Watch. This policy describes how the App handles information. Contact details for the operator are at the end of this document.
Only with your explicit permission, the App reads the following categories from Apple Health (HealthKit):
The App may write workouts recorded on Apple Watch back to Apple Health. It writes nothing else.
Recovery, readiness, sleep, and training-load calculations run entirely on your device. The resulting scores are never sent to a server.
The measurements themselves stay on your device by default. They are stored on a server only if you turn on the "also upload health data" switch described in section 6, which is off unless you turn it on.
The App does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or use-based data mining, and does not sell or disclose it to third parties.

Deleting the App removes this local data. You can change or revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in the iOS Health app or Settings. You can delete individual or all journal entries inside the App.
The App works fully without an account. Signing in is only needed if you want your records to follow you to a new device.
Sign in with Apple is the only sign-in method. Signing in stores the following on the server:
You can delete your account from inside the App (Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete account). Deleting it removes the information above along with anything stored under sections 5 and 6. Records on your device remain.
After signing in, turning on "also upload journal entries" stores your notes, tags, and perceived energy on the server.
Turning the switch off deletes what is already stored. It means "remove what is there", not merely "stop adding". Records on your device remain.
So that a deletion reaches your other devices, deleted entries are kept as deletion markers for a period and then removed entirely.
After signing in, turning on "also upload health data" stores the last 365 days of the measurements described in section 2 on the server, so your history and charts survive a change of device.
Computed recovery and readiness scores are not stored. Only measurements are stored; the scores are recalculated on your device.
This switch is separate from signing in and separate from the journal switch in section 5. Health data is sensitive personal information under Article 23 of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR, so consent for it is asked separately.
Turning the switch off deletes the health data stored on the server. Apple Health and the data on your device are untouched.
We analyse how the App is used in order to improve it. The following is collected:
Health measurements, computed scores, and journal contents are never included in analytics.
In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom this is collected only with your consent, which the App asks for. Elsewhere it is collected by default and you can turn it off at any time in Settings, which stops the transmission.

Apple Health data and journal entries are not transferred internationally. The Supabase servers holding them are in the Republic of Korea (Seoul region).

Where paid features are offered, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. The operator does not receive or store payment card details.
The App uses the RevenueCat, Inc. SDK to manage subscription state. No Apple Health data, recovery scores, or journal entries are shared with RevenueCat.
The App serves no advertising, collects no advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt. It does not track you across apps or websites.
If you contact support, we process the contents of your message and the email address needed to reply. This information is used only to handle your enquiry and is deleted after any retention period required by applicable law.

The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
The App relies on iOS and watchOS platform protections and requests only the health data needed for the features you choose to use. Data stored on the server is encrypted in transit, and database access policies restrict every request to your own rows only. No software can guarantee absolute security; please keep iOS and watchOS up to date.
If a future version adds new categories of data use, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated and notice given in the App before those changes are released.
